Hello, I recently purchased a clothing item that was not as described. The buyer's listing stated no returns and the buyer has thus refused to accept a return.
As an ebayer since 2002 with a 100% positive feedback record and over 800 transactions (both as seller and buyer), do I have any recourse?
Thanks

A properly filed return request with a reason covered by the eBay Money Back Guarantee can’t be denied by the seller, they can only choose to refund before or after the item is returned.
Did you open a return request already? If so, what reason did you select from the available options?

Appreciate your prompt reply.
A return request stating item not as described was was sent to the seller , refused and is now closed.

If the reason chosen from the list was “Item Not As Described”, they should not have had any option to refuse the return request. Can you copy and paste the details? Minus any personal information, of course.
