The buyer will not get the codes if the item sold with shipping. You need to cancel the purchase and relist it with local pickup as an option for him to purchase again.
When sold with local pickup, in the app you will see ‘arrange pickup’ by that item in your sold orders. Click there and you will see scan QR code, or enter 6 digit code instead.
