I just came home from the Post Office expecting to just show the QR Code for a package I purchased Ebay Postage for. I saw the email on line, but did not open it as I have another very established account that the QR Code works perfectly. Unfortunately, for this new account, NO QR Code is visible. Just says I can print my label. My printer is not working so I have a problem, I ended up paying for the postage and asking for VOIDS on the 3 labels I tried to obtain (QR Codes). Any advise as to how to get the QR Code on an account that is relatively new?
