Purchased an item through eBay's Global Shipping Program - How do I track its progress?

Hello all,

Hopefully someone can help me.

I purchased a laptop from a U.S. seller and it was shipped to my Canadian address by way of the Global Shipping Program.

The seller provided me with a FedEx tracking number but that tracking number shows delivered to a Kentucky address. The seller explained that it was sent to the GSP address and from there, it is handled by another company. The problem is that now I have no idea about the progress of my purchase.

The seller suggested that I contact the GSP. How do I contact the GSP?

Once the item has been processed by the the Kentucky center, it will be reshipped to you. At that time you should be given a new tracking number. Sometimes the processing time can take a week or two.
