I just received a pair of Sorel boots from the seller Sash90. The boots do not fit. I am trying to contact the buyer but when I click on that option it just brings back to the order.

Please advise.

@ztak100.  Your only option is a return request.  

  Some sellers do not accept messages I know that does not the best business practice. 

 You can file the return request from your purchase history.
