Hi, I just received a pair of Sorel boots from the seller Sash90. The boots do not fit. I am trying to contact the buyer but when I click on that option it just brings back to the order.Please advise.

Do I have to use a shipping label from Ebay? If I use another source how do I keep Ebay in the loop so I get paid for my sold item?Thanks
