Payment for item was made asp@ in full, product needed transport and arrangements to be made for pick up ASP, it required special equipment to remove from private property ! Time passed Sellor refused to release item and did not respond to any My messages on EBay. When transporter required a waver to pick up and remove the item from private property, they refused and stated , item is no longer available ? I had sent many my messages keeping them informed including the 3rd party as to my processing and pick up ! I knotified multi times all parties as the history is recorded, I gave lengthy questions that required reply’s yet, None came from seller! I reported to 3rd party and they responded , your money has been returned ? No ,as per Ebay clearly stated , no refunds are offered! Again I sent reply’s, since I payed in full and worked in “Good Faith” to finalize the pick up transport of my item ! This is now considered to be a Stolen item perhaps a police matter? Thus this report of caution? Jk
