Purchase Shipping Label Error Message

I've been trying to purchase a shipping label all day, but keep getting an error message: "Something went wrong and we were not able to generate the label".   Is the system down? Anyone else having this problem?

Is this your first shipping label and are you trying to print from a mobile device/app? 

You may need to print the first one from a PC or desktop browser.

Thanks, I do use a desktop to print all my labels. Ironically, there's no issues purchasing labels with my personal account, but this account continues to receive an error message.  Just spoke to a rep at eBay and was told they're frantically trying to correct the problem, as many sellers are having the same issue.
