Purchase History

Why does does my purchase history only show very few items that I've purchased??  I don't have anything "Hidden", I checked all the dates and pasts years etc.  I need to return an item and there is no purchase history, order details, anything.  I do have proof that I bought and paid for the order on Ebay though.  This is strange to me!  Thanks in advance for any help.

Is it possible you made some purchases using a different account or as a guest?

Purchase History goes back to 2021. Use the drop down menu at the top of your list of purchases to choose which year you wish to view.

According to your feedback profile page, your last feedback left for you is over 90 days old, so that is beyond the 30 days for filing a Return Request.

Your Purchase History only covers the current year, or either of the two most recently completed calendar years.

You may be able to spot some transactions on your feedback page if you exchanged feedback.

You can request a report of all your transactions in an account here:

Reports take a week to generate, and then you must use the resulting link within another week before it expires. Transaction data is quite basic: item name and number, date, price, shipping, seller username. No pictures or descriptions.

In some situations, Purchase History may not show all transactions when viewing the yearly transaction. Try searching your Purchase History by a keyword from the item name.

If you are enrolled in eBay Bucks, see if the transaction appears on your eBay Bucks transactions page.

In some rare cases, eBay may remove a listing for a policy violation, and that may affect whether the transaction appears in your Purchase History.
