I recently sold and was paid for the item but concerned that if I ship, I will be out of the item once fraud is detected. The address provided by the buyer is suspicious, a warehouse in Delaware. In my research, I discovered a community post from 5.27.2021 where it was written that purchases are made with stolen credit cards. I am skeptical about shipping.

That address sounds like you have an international buyer that is using a reshipper/freight forwarder to purchase items. Once you get a Delivered scan on the tracking, your obligation is over. That reshipper is then responsible for safe delivery of the package to the buyer. People using stolen credit cards can be domestic as well as international. You also have legitimate buyers using reshippers as well as scammers. You have ebay's Money Back Guarantee as long as you send to the SHIP TO address attached to the payment.
