Puerto Rico not showing as a State option in "Verify Your Existing Details" page

I'm trying to list an item.  When I finish entering all the details and click on "List" it took me to a page called: "Verify Your Existing Details" page.  I can't pass this page because Puerto Rico does not show in the State Drop Down.  I went to my account via another tab and everything is correct.  Can't seem to pass this page in order to list my item.  Can anyone help? Much appreciated.

You don't see Puerto Rico listed after Wyoming in the drop-down?

eBay listed all the "territories" after the actual States.

Hello ferncliff-39,

I don't have Puerto Rico listed, do you see it from where you are?  I only see: Virgin Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Guam, American Samoa, Palau and the Armed Forces.  Some folks on another thread were talking about how you need to have a US Bank but that would require you to change your address and, how's that going to work?

I only looked on my Account > Personal addresses, and yes, it does show PR:

Is that message related to setting up your Managed Payments? US bank is required, I believe, but aren't banks in PR US or no?

Hi fernfliff-39,  In my account settings>addresses it shows and is correct for my account.  Where it doesn't show is here: ****

I'm going to ask the Mod to remove that screenshot - you don't want all that personal info on a public board.

Yes, that is strange - you will need to contact eBay CS about it - I don't have a clue sorry.

Scroll down to the bottom of this >> Help page on Start Selling
-click on "Contact us"
-in the Help Chat box that opens click on "See more" until you see the "Contact an agent" option,
or...type "Agent" in the reply box to bypass the bots
You should see the option to Chat with agent, or have them call you.
