Prove delivery without Tracking

I shipped an item in a large envelope and I got this message about my funds being on hold: 

Thanks for shipping your order! Funds from this sale will be on hold until we can confirm delivery. 

Please make sure to upload your tracking details to avoid any delays in receiving your funds. Your funds will typically be released the day after confirming delivery.

How do I confirm delivery of an item if I shipped USPS in a large envelope using regular postage that has no tracking? How do I confirm it to Ebay?

@ch00choo   in this case, you will have to rely on the buyer verifying delivery thru an ebay message or feedback

You won't be able to confirm delivery.  You will have to wait 30 days for eBay to release your funds without tracking online.
