Promotional Listing Discount emails

eBay says : "List now, save 20% on fees for sales over $50!"

I DID! I activated the offer on MAY 5TH! I have been listing items that qualified and now  as the promotion is ending, it's telling me it was never activated! LIES! I DEMAND CREDIT FOR FINAL VALUE FEES for qualified items that I listed and sold since MAY 5th! AND WHY IS THERE NO CUSTOMER SERVICE EMAIL ADDRESS? THERE'S NO REASON WHY THIS CAN'T BE ADJUSTED. AND YES MY CAPS ARE ON. I'M TIRED OF THIS PROMOTIONAL LISTING RUNAROUND!

Please don't bother to reply unless you are a MODERATOR or someone who can actually help correct this problem! I'm tired of being scammed on final value fees.
