I'm appealing return shipping costs. Buyer didn't purchase the return
shipping label as agreed upon in the listing and in our messages. I
called eBay and they told me to wait for buyer to upload tracking
information. They never purchased a label, so ...
All of my free shipping items are coming up as (Buyer Paid). Um, no they
didn't. I paid. This is an issue that technical support needs to look
into. Might just be a glitch with the eBay app. But this information is
incorrect and should be corrected.
