I added promotion after having an item on eBay for two weeks with not much traffic. About 20 individuals had looked at the item before I add the promotion and I even had emails back and forth with one of them. The one I had emails back and forth eventually bought the item. I was charged for the promotion amount which was over one hundred dollars. I thought I read that the promotional amount would only be charged if a new individual bought the item. Please help
