I shipped a dish to my ebay customer via USPS ground advantage and it arrived broken. I want to issue a refund asap. What is the best way to handle this. The item cost $55 and USPS covers us to $100. What is the best way for me to handle this?

File a claim on USPS.com with pictures of the damage and packaging. Tell buyer to hold onto everything for possible inspection.
