Problems with Manage Active Listings page

Anyone else having issues with the Manage Active Listings page? On my PC, Windows, Chrome, the header that lists the Results: 1 through X of X has shifted to the left side. It has pushed all the columns with the active listings to the right. Plus, the blue button "Create Listing" does not work. I cleared all cookies and rebooted.

I use MS Edge, not seeing that BUT, you might try the "Customize" link in the upper right, make a change and see if the page resets to the previous layout.  It could be a simple issue that will correct itself.  Historically eBay updates its servers every Thursday ... this is Friday so it may be the result of an update and again, might correct itself ...

You could also try clearing cookies and cache on your browser
