Problems with Int'l shipping. Buyer cannot purchase item, listing is setup for int'l shipping.

Hey folks.
I am have trouble trying to sell an item to Ireland from the USA using eBays international shipping program.

The listing appears setup for eBay int'l shipping when I create or revise the listing, but the option is not visible to the buyer. Buyer is shown ,"contact seller for information on int'l shipping".

Anyone else having similar issues?

That item is only set up to ship to the US.

Do you have EIS activated in your shipping preferences?

If so, click Revise on the item listing and scroll down to the shipping parameters to see if you've excluded the item from EIS.

Yes I do have it checked. I also went in to revise the listing, and checked/unchecked the box.

That listing still shows it only ships to the USA.
