Problems listing from iPad since iPadOS 18.1.1 update? Now wants iPhone pictures

I used to be able to do a new listing on my iPad by selling similar & deleting & taking new pictures & making text adjustments. After I updated the iPad to iPadOS 18.1.1 today, it wants to upload pictures from my iPhone. Is this a glitch or the new way???
