14 PSA cards were sold at auction to the same person. I tried to combine the orders into one invoice, but 2 items could not be included with a message at the top that states:
Item(s) that are related to the PSA vault have been removed. Invoice(s) for these items must be sent separately.
I have not used the PSA vault at any time so no idea what that is about, but ok, I'll go ahead and invoice separately and simply not charge shipping. However, when I try to send an invoice for either of the items, I get an error message that states:
Something went wrong. Please try again later.
Any suggestions?
