Once again I have a problem with purchasing an item, there is no shipping option available to Poland.

I received information from the seller:

"I spoke with eBay and they stated that the issue is something with your account. They wouldn't say what the issue is but said you will need to contact them to resolve whatever is wrong.
Sorry I couldn't fix it.
Please contact eBay to resolve.
Cheers friend"

Does the seller ship to Poland? If not, the seller may be blocking payments from users with a Primary Shipping Address in a location the seller does not ship to, even if you are choosing a different address at checkout.

If that is not the issue, there may be import or export restrictions that affect items in that category.

@slawomir-4  Customer service doesn't always give accurate information.  What they told the seller is not correct.  

This listing>  https://www.ebay.com/itm/177147115937 only has shipping to the US.  

Some sellers think that just because they are enrolled in the eBay International Shipping Program that ALL of their items will ship internationally.  This is not true.  There are price, weight, package dimensions,  category, and country specific import restrictions.   

Electronic items like this one are usually blocked from shipping with the eBay International Shipping Program.  

If you do not see your country listed with a shipping price on the listing then that means it doesn't ship to your location.  This doesn't mean that there is a problem with your account.

@slawomir-4   I understand that it is confusing and frustrating when you see one seller shipping to Poland and another one does not.   

Each seller decides HOW they will ship and WHERE they will ship.  

This seller  177147115937 is using the eBay International Shipping Program which has limitations.   With the eBay International Shipping Program the seller ships to a US HUB and then eBay is who sends the item to the buyers country.  There are category, price, weight, package dimensions limitations.  If there is ANY problem with the shipment after it leaves the US HUB then eBay refunds the buyer and the seller keeps the sale.  

THIS seller 297305042865 is Direct Shipping to buyers internationally with Standard International Shipping.  This means that the seller is assuming all risks for items that are late, lost,  or damaged in shipment.  

As I mentioned if the sellers listing has a shipping price to Poland then that means they ship to your country.
