I was answering a few questions with a potential buyer about the article I have for sale when Ebay logged me out, changed my password and I had to create a new password for my account. Which I did. (I had changed phones but before the conversation started so thought that was just getting my new device recognised)
The last answer I gave to the potential buyer, although in my sent folder does not have the arrow against the question I am replying to and I have the notification that I have 1 unanswered question permanently showing
I dont know know if the message was received
Also each time I go into Ebay I have to log back in, I can’t seem to stay signed in (even when I am mid doing something) and each time I get a message to say a new device is logging on to my account.
Who do I contact about this as all the options seem to be about buying and selling

That might be a sign that your browser is not saving or handling eBay cookies properly, or that there is a problem with your app.
Make sure your browser is not set to delete cookies automatically, and that it is not blocking cookies. Then try manually deleting just your eBay cookies once to see if that helps. If not, try another browser as a test.
If your browser is set to retain cookies, you should only get the "new device" message the first time you sign in after deleting eBay cookies or using an entirely new browser, or when signing in using a new IP-address.
If you are having problems with the app, make sure it is the latest version. Try uninstalling the eBay app, restarting your device, then installing the latest version of the app again. The restart should ensure a clean install.
