I shipped a package to the buyer at the address he has on ebay and it is a valid address. He messaged me and said he did not receive it. I tracked it and the postal service put that it was not deliverable / vacant property. I have messaged the buyer several times. The package is now coming back to me and he wants me to reship it to him. I don't want to have to pay for new shipping, which is what the post office told me. What can ebay do to help me?
