I am an old customer of eBay. I had some problems with my bank account in my country ,and Because of the Corona pandemic also , which made me late in paying 2 items I won in auctions. Now the problem has been resolved at the bank. I have a problem participating in some auctions of the seller
Since I am not late paying the auctions I won with the seller.
When I want to participate in auctions I get a message
Problem with bid
The item cannot be purchased since you have received 2 Unpaid item strike(s) in the last 6 month(s)
Please help solve the problem
