Hey @maalcoca1 from what you have described, your best course of action would be to start a BEPP (Business Equipment Purchase Protection) claim.  This page here has a lot more info about that process.  Just look for the blue button labeled "Submit BEPP reimbursement request" about halfway down the page to get started!

Hi @maalcoca1

You sent a stranger $29,400 by wire transfer?  😳

That is NOT one of the payment methods approved by eBay … but it is very popular among SCAMMERS.

I’m so sorry, but I’m afraid you’ve been scammed.  There is no way to recover funds that were sent by wire transfer.

Was the item even listed on eBay … or did you discover it on another website?

@maalcoca1

You have posted this 3 times on this board.

As I stated in your other posting, since the payment for the wire transfer shows on your bank account, contact your bank immediately and dispute the charge.

@house*of*paws

OP states they won via an Ebay auction, so I *assume* this was on the Ebay website.

Wire transfers are ok in select categories only.

@maalcoca1

What was the Item Number of the Excavator on eBay?

It's a common scam for 'sellers' to list expensive items on other websites (Facebook Marketplace, Craigslist, etc.) ... and then to PRETEND that eBay will be handling the shipping and offer buyer protection.  The buyer receives a FAKE invoice from 'eBay' that usually asks them to pay with gift cards or wire transfer ... neither of which allow recovery of the funds once the buyer realizes they've been scammed.

I'm afraid that this is the scam you were enticed into.  ☹️
