Have any sellers had an experience similar to the one I had? I sold an item and the buyer returned it to me. But the item was damaged. The buyer took part ten wires from a unit and then reconnected them incorrectly. He also cut two wires that were coming from the other unit. And eBay ruled in his favor, saying only that tracking showed he had returned the item. They didn't address the things that were wrong when the item was returned at all, they just ignored that completely. I am currently appealing the decision.
