A buyer says she sent me a payment through Paypal for a necklace that is no longer available. And she has provided "proof" that she sent a payment of $16.89 to SOMEONE, but this payment is not showing up in my Paypal account. Before I realized I had not received the payment, I bought and printed a shipping label, but she is asking for a full refund, including shipping charges, of the payment that I never received! What should I do?
