Hi
A buyer has messaged to say their order has not been received at the click and collect location which I posted 4 days ago - I have proof of posting (not tracked).
I have a feeling they are going to ask for a refund. I have the ECP reference. Is there a way of tracking this? Will ebay see this in their favour?
