Hi. I’m trying to print shipping labels via the mobile app and selected 8x11 for the size. However only a 4x6 label was generated. Now I wanted to print a 4x6 label for a smaller package and it printed as 8x11. Now, I chose the label to be 8x11 and it generated as a 4x6 again!? I think this is a bug in the app. I’m using iOS. Also does any one know if there’s a way to resize a label once it’s purchased? I didn’t see an option to do this so ended up voiding several labels trying to understand what was going on.
