I am at level 10 of frustration here!!! I have been on ebay 26 years. I recently bought a Munbyn thermal printer. I started on my regular ebay account and it works perfectly. I opened a store a few months ago and was able to get the printer to work fine until it didn't. I first notice that the size of the printed label was sideways and off center on my 4x6 label. I was able to format it in my regular account within minutes. When I switched to the store, it did the same thing, however, it seemed like a drop down box was missing in order to format the label properly. Well that was two weeks ago and I have spent hours trying to fix it. I just got off the phone with eBay and after about one hour on the phone, we tried every option without a fix. This is what it looks like. When I get the printer preview, it shows the bottom part of the label, at a large size, sideways. When I hit all the other buttons like fit to page, it orientates it correctly but....it so small you cant see it. Yes, the printer setup has 4x6 paper picked. i will try to attach a few photos. Ebay told me that other users have reported the same issue and that he will put in a ticket for me. not sure what that means but he said they might call me back. A PC techie helped me out and said that this is an eBay problem. Not sure why i was able to get it to work on my regular account and not the store. Both bugs happened at once. Any help would be appreciated!!! Also the 4x6 turned to 4x6.50!!! I am not sure how anyone responds to this but my ebay store, thenotablecollector is where you can reach out. Thanks
