Print packing list not loading

When clicking "get shipping label" for a sold item the "print packing list" link refuses to load. Anyone else experiencing this? TIA

Can you print through your Seller Hub Orders page?

Workaround: I went to ORDERS> clicked on the VIEW ORDER DETAILS (r click on the image of the item for the link> click> MORE ACTIONS> then PRINT PACKING SLIP.
