You have only one listing ... an auction. No bids have been placed yet ... so you can change the Starting Bid if its not the one you want. [eBay doesn't change the amount sellers list items at.]

While you're in there revising, you might want to take a look at your shipping also.
Did you intend to list this item with free shipping?

Also, doesn't "Make Offer' imply you'll take less? I see that often and it seems that some sellers are expecting the buyer is going to make a higher offer than the current price. Did that change?

After 6 1/2 days, did you just now realize how much you listed it for?
It is a 7 day auction. Now that it has less than 12 hours left, you cannot change the starting price.
If you did not want to sell it for $39, you should not have listed the minimum starting price @ $39.
You also have stated free shipping, but it will cost you a lot to ship the item.
