Posted item has error in the title, didn't catch it until item sold

I posted an item for sale, a pistol slide. In the title it says 9mm but in my description and item details i have it listed as a 40SW. I have contacted the buyer multiple times stating that i will gladly give a refund if this is going to be an issue. No response. What else can I do

Wait for the buyer to respond.  If you can find his phone number you might call him.  Don't spend the money yet.  

Maybe you can luck out.  One of the pics has the 40 S&W engraved on it.  It could be that the buyer wanted a .40 and, seeing the actual slide, recognized that the 9 mm in the title had to be an error.  If you're lucky.  But it would be nice for the buyer to answer your message and tell you what he wants.
