Post office screwed up shipping label

Customer's Package returned after Post office ruined address part of the shipping label. How do I get a refund to purchase a new label. Ebay is only offering buy a new label and not reprint the old one. Thanks

If it's been less than 5 days, you can void the old label. If more, you need to talk to the post office about a refund.

I had this happen recently, I spoke to a supervisor at my post office and they reshipped at no charge.
