Customer's Package returned after Post office ruined address part of the
shipping label. How do I get a refund to purchase a new label. Ebay is
only offering buy a new label and not reprint the old one. Thanks
Buyer of a book paid for media mail shipping. eBay is not offering that
option for my shipping label - 1 1/2 lbs too heavy for other Options.
Book was advertised to ship media mail. What can I do??
