Hi,
I'm afraid this customer is trying to scam me. I sell used jewelry and she bought 5 largebags from me and asked speciffially for all necklaces. I packed the large bags with an overabundance of necklaces. Anyway it was delivered today and she messages me insisting she got junk jewelry (broken pieces, pieced togethertrash, junk... And she got small bags.
These are out and out lies. These were probably the best bags I ever made because she ordered 5 and mentioned she was a reseller I was trying to be nice.
I don't know what to do if anything.
Do I respond?
Do I tell her to return it? I'd like to see how she could produce 15 pounds of broken jewelry to send me back. When it would get back here I'm sure it wouldn't be what I sent and how can the weights match? Would that matter?
Is there a way to proactively notify eBay?
I'm embarrassed to admit, this actually hurts my feelings. I need to toughen up.
Thanks
