Poppy jasper and fraudulent listings .

When I purchase poppy jasper and some other jasper is sent to me if it's not labeled correctly and I get the pictured item ,I consider it fraud.

From the wrong item, you have to make pictures (at least 1) and upload them. 

The seller has to accept the return and provide a return label. Or send shipping money, before you return with tracking.

The seller has to provide a clear return address.

Ask eBay to step in, if the seller doesn't cooperate. You can do that 3 full business days later.
