Policy Stating I posted something with a Parteiadler or Reichsadler Nazi Symbol?

I had an old naval dress sword made by Hilborn Hamburger listed for months.  Today I received a notification it was removed because it has a Parteiadler or Reichsadler an eagle clutching a swastika.  It has an eagle on it holding a scroll but no Swastikas of any kind that I can see.   I believe this was a mistake made by a BOT.  How do I get  a human being to review the issue and determine if there is a mistake by a computer algorithm?   Maybe I am wrong and there is something I am missing?  I feel offended that someone would suggest I did something like this intentionally.
