I don't sell internationally but one of my items was purchased through the eBay global purchasing. I mailed the item out and it was returned with no such number. I received the item back and contacted the buyer. They insisted that the address that was generated with my eBay shipping label was correct and they've received other items at that address. I sent the package out again it is currently being sent back. What is my recourse as a seller? If I do a refund do I have to return shipping? Can the buyer leave negative feedback if I only return the purchase price
