Please reopen closed return

Hi,

I closed a return thinking hoping the seller would give partial refund for false advertising. The seller did not. Now I would like to return the product and get reimbursed for shipping, but the return is closed and I can not initiate it again. Please reopen the return & if possible, explain how to cancel the return with the option to initiate it again.

Once you file a Returns Request on ebay and close it, it cannot be reopened.  You should have negotiated with the seller regarding a partial refund, so when you filed the Returns Request, so seller can then offer the partial refund if he agreed.

If you paid with Paypal, you can file a Returns Request there, as they allow up to 180 days from date of sale to do so.  If you paid with a credit card, contact the card issuer about a charge back.
