Not all sellers accept returns for any reason.  In any case, you need to open a return request.

Go to your purchase history - select return this item.  Under reasons select the reason for return, and follow the prompts.

The seller has 3 business days to respond.  If he doesn't, go to your case and click 'ask us to step in'.
