This is the second time this month that a buyer has bought two of the same item that the correct calculated rate was not charged by eBay. The weight changes but the dimensions stay the same as if only shipping one item. I can't ship 2 items that require a 6x6x6 box each in one 6x6x6 box. Please explain to me how to fix this issue.
Thank you,

There is no way for eBay to know what size carton you are using or whether you are going to ship multiple units together or separately.. These are things to think about when setting up your listing.
Instead of shipping these two items separately, why not ship them together in a larger carton? That may help to reduce your cost.

Sorry for the late reply.
I do ship them in a larger box instead of separately.
When the items are purchased the shipping charged was based off of the dims 6X6X6 that I provided when listed. It was just weird that 2 items were purchased with the weight doubling but the dims not changing.
Thank you.

Well, hopefully you have shipped by now. 😊
Again, eBay has no idea what size box you will use, so it just carries over the size from the listing to the shipping label creation page. You can correct the dimensions there before completing your label purchase.
