Hello Dear Ebay Team One of my customer left negative feedback at my shop whose customer's details I have given you in detail below but I have issued refund immediately to the customer's account. But I sent a message to the customer to remove the negative feedback but the customer did not delete any negative feedback. Sir my humble request to you check my account and must remove negative feedback thank you have a nice day

None of the 9 negative feedbacks you have received have been in the past month, so it is not possible for the buyers to revise their feedbacks.
Ebay will not remove the negative feedbacks since they do not violate Ebay policy nor will they remove them just because you issued a refund.
