I am a believer in doing due diligence, and in this case I will admit I failed in doing my usual thorough review. I was surprised when I received one box of matches at the Post Office box. I distinctly remembered the picture in the ad showed a pack of three. When I reviewed the listing, sure enough the picture showed a pack of three. However, the wording in the ad speaks of "Pack of one" and "300", where 300 is the number of matches in one box. The item number is 386140502119. My objection is, by using the word "Pack" instead of "One box", I connected pack with the picture of 3 boxes when I clicked to buy. It is a box of matches, not a pack. I do admit that on careful review, that I ordinarily would not have purchased this as I would not have expected to receive three boxes. Personally I never show a picture of other than what I am selling. My question is, would this be eligible to return as "not as advertised"?

@re-tro Sellers should only show a picture of ONE box if that is all that is for sale. Sellers listings can not be misleading. You can return it for a refund using the reason doesn't match PICTURES or description.
You have 30 days from date of delivery to file an item not as described refund request on eBay.
Select the return item button on this page: https://www.ebay.com/help/buying/returns-refunds/returning-item?id=4041
4 business days after filing the return request if the seller has not provided a return shipping label OR sent the funds to your paypal account to pay return shipping if they are in another country then ask ebay to step in and help: https://www.ebay.com/help/buying/returns-refunds/ask-ebay-to-step-in?id=4701
2 business days after tracking shows delivery back to the seller the eBay system will automatically refund you if the seller has not already done so.
If you have to purchase a label at the post office with the funds that the seller provided be sure to upload the tracking number into the case. The tracking number is your proof of delivery.
Returns to China or other countries that do not have 1st class delivery confirmation MUST be shipped Priority Mail.

Thank you for your reply. I have dealt with a few issues in the past, and was confident the answer would be similar to yours. Ebay has supported me in the past on not this precise issue, but not totally dissimilar, where the seller has a responsibility to advertise accurately. I sell on Ebay (not much recently) and would never post a picture of three of an item if I was selling one. Again, I do acknowledge that my spidey sense was not working at all when I clicked buy it now. I chose to post here and see what the community had to offer on my way to filing for a return.
