Petition to change/remove review?

I've read the help articles and understand that changing reviews -usually- isn't possible. However, I left a review on the wrong product. The review I left is for an item that hasn't even been shipped yet. I'm hoping an exception can be made in this case, as there's no way I could review something (positive or negative) that I haven't even received. Is there a way I can get in touch with a human at eBay somehow (ticket, email, etc.) to ask about this?

Positive feedback cannot be revised or removed.

Product reviews are not the same as feedback.

You can go to the listing and possibly report it to remove it.
