Personalization Not Visible on Some Devices

We are currently experiencing an issue with the "Personalization" option on some of our listings. While this feature appears correctly on certain devices and browsers, it does not show up at all on others — particularly on some mobile devices and apps.

This inconsistency is affecting our customers' ability to provide personalization details and, in turn, impacting our order process.

Could you please assist us in resolving this issue? Are there any known limitations or specific settings we should be aware of to ensure the personalization field is visible across all platforms?
