Permanently suspended and funds on hold

My Ebay account was permanently suspended for some dumb reason. I have money that is currently being held by Ebay that isn’t eligible for payout due to the suspension. I contacted Ebay and they said that the fund department will send me the funds but I think it’s **bleep**. Anyone else face a similar issue and how did you solve it?

Permanently suspended and funds on hold

I'm surprised that you are surprised.  Your account shows you have sold stuff between mid November and the end of December.  Of those items you have over half dozen or more of them were either never shipped / delivered or cancelled by you.  That is what your feedback shows.  Ebay isn't going to let you do that for long.

Have you viewed your Seller Dashboard to see how your stats are doing?

Yes, Ebay would hold your funds in an effort to make sure there is money to cover any claims your buyers may file.  IDK how long they will hold your funds, but they may up to six months in case a buyer files a Chargeback.

I'm sure this isn't what you want to hear, I'm just trying to be honest with you.  Ebay has rules for all of us to follow and expectations of all their sellers.
