I had a customer buy 76 items from me in two orders. When I attempted to create a label, I could not do it on eBay and ended up creating a UPS label to ship the entire purchase in one package. The tracking number was created and uploaded. In my latest seller evaluation, I noticed I had 74 shipments showing as “Not uploaded at all” and they are all from these two orders. How do I get these defects removed? There is no way to appeal these on-line. Also, how does this defect impact my seller rating and for how long?

There is a way to request defects be removed online, but I'm not sure how it will work in this case. I guess you might have to do a separate request for each one. Anyway, here's the link:

Thanks, I contacted eBay Help and they said they couldn't do anything. I went back and added tracking to ea individual listing. Hopefully that will clear it up next time they evaluate.
I appreciate the additional contacts on Facebook and Twitter. I'll try them if this doesn't resolve it. I haven't been all that impressed with the chats and phone calls through normal help.
