How do I contact EBAY on phone I do not have a checking account and will not get one. Why cant I go thru paypal for payment

No need to contact Ebay.

To sell on Ebay you need a checking account that accepts ACH deposits.

Paypal does not process seller payments.

PayPal is no longer eBay's payment processor and hasn't been for a few years. If you refuse to open a checking account, you won't be able to sell on eBay since that's how payouts are processed.
