Every time that I try to pay for an item I get that red note saying that I must check my payment details or use another form of payment. I don't have another form of payment, and have spoken with my bank who says that my card is fine. This has been going on for four days. eBay's automated chat is useless and they apparently don't want anyone to call them either. What could it be? Any ideas how to fix?
